Ingredients

Crust:
1 1/4 cups flour
1 stick butter, melted
1 cup chopped nuts

First Layer:
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 medium (12-ounce) carton Cool Whip
------------------------------
Second Layer:
1 (3-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding
1 (3-ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
3 cups milk (or half-and-half)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
------------------------------
Topping:
1 (12- to 16-ounce) carton Cool Whip
1 package slivered almonds

Directions:

Crust:
Combine ingredients and press in bottom of greased 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.

First Layer:
Combine ingredients, blend well and spread on cooled Crust.

Second Layer:
Mix all ingredients together and spread on top of First Layer.

Top Layer:
Combine Cool Whip and almonds and spread on top. Refrigerate.
