Combine the first 4 ingredients and pour into 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350° for about 15–18 minutes or until lightly browned. Crumble with a fork. Blend together the sugar, strawberries, lemon juice, and egg whites in a large bowl. Beat with an electric mixer for 20 minutes. Fold in the Cool Whip. Sprinkle about 1/2 the crumb mixture in a 9x13-inch pan. Spread the strawberry mixture over the crumbs and top with remaining crumbs. Freeze. Do not thaw before serving.
