Combine 2 cups flour, salt, and powdered sugar. Cut in butter with a pastry blender or in a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Pat with your hands into a 9x13-inch pan, evenly. Bake in a 350° oven for 20 minutes. While it bakes, mix together 6 tablespoons flour, sugar, eggs, lemon juice, and grated rind. Mix with a spoon or combine in food processor. Pour over the partly-baked crust. Bake 35 minutes more. Cool. Cut into squares and dust with powdered sugar. Trim off the edges for a clean look.
