Preheat oven to 350°. Follow instructions on box for brownies and bake only 15 minutes in an 11x16-inch jellyroll pan. Refrigerate.
Combine 1?2 cup softened margarine with powdered sugar and crème de menthe. Ice brownies and refrigerate.
Melt remaining 6 tablespoons margarine and chocolate chips together; mix thoroughly. Dribble or spread over iced brownies. Refrigerate; cut into small squares.
