Preheat oven to 325°. Cream butter, margarine, and sugar. Add egg yolks and flour; blend well. Fold in nuts. Spoon 1?2 of the mixture in the bottom of a lightly buttered 8-inch square pan; top with jam and cover with the remaining dough. Bake 1 hour. Cool before cutting.
