In a large bowl, beat butter, sugars, and liqueurs until light and fluffy. Add eggs. Beat well. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl. Stir flour mixture into butter mixture. Mix in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop batter by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet, one inch apart. Bake at 325° for 16 minutes or until golden brown.
