1. Heat wok or 12-inch skillet over high heat. Add oil rotate wok to coat side.
2. Add chicken stir-fry about 3 minutes or until no loner pink in center. Add vegetables stir-fry about 2 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in pineapple and sweet-and-sour sauce cook and stir 1 minute. Serve with rice.
