1. Prepare and cook broccoli until crisp-tender. (See step 1, page 242.)
2. Melt margarine in 1-quart saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour and nutmeg. Cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and bubbly remove from heat. Stir in broth. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute remove from heat. Stir in 1/2 cup cheese and the wine.
3. Beat whipping cream in chilled small bowl on high speed until stiff. Fold cheese sauce into whipped cream.
4. Place hot broccoli in ungreased rectangular baking dish,
11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inches. Top with turkey. Pour cheese sauce over turkey. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese.
5. Set oven control to Broil.
6. Broil with top 3 to 5 inches from heat, about 3 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and light brown.
