Serves: 4
1. If fish fillets are large, cut into 5 serving pieces.
2. Melt butter in 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Cook almonds and onion in butter, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender. Remove almonds and onion with slotted spoon keep warm.
3. Mix flour, salt, paprika and pepper. Coat fish with flour mixture. Cook fish in same skillet over medium heat 6 to 10 minutes, turning once, until fish is brown and flakes easily with fork.
4. Top fish with almonds and onion. Garnish with orange sections.
