In a skillet over medium heat, brown beef; drain. Add taco seasoning and water; mix well. Stir in sour cream. Press crescent rolls into a lightly greased 13"x9" baking pan. Spread ground beef mixture evenly over rolls; sprinkle with cheese. Top with tortilla chips. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, until crescent rolls are golden. Garnish as desired.
Bake up oodles of gingerbread men...hanging from the tree, marching across a mantel, or piled in a bowl, they add a little cheer to holiday decorating.
