Wild Rice & Mushrooms


Serves: 8
Total Calories: 1,500

Ingredients

2/3 cup wild rice, uncooked
1/2 cup long-cooking rice, uncooked
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons dehydrated mixed vegetables
1/4 cup butter, diced
1 (2 1/2 ounces) package slivered almonds
3 (14 1/2-ounce) cans chicken broth
2 tablespoons chicken bouillon
1 (8-ounce) can mushrooms

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, stirring well to blend. Spoon into a greased roasting pan. Bake, covered, for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and continue baking for one additional hour.
