Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

1 package frozen broccoli
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups cooked rice
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 pound butter
1 Salt and cayenne pepper to taste
1 Seasoned Italian bread crumbs

Directions:

In a medium-size pot, cook broccoli according to directions. Drain well. Mix broccoli with cheese and soup. Stir in rice; set aside. In a large skillet, sauté onions and celery in butter until done, 5 minutes. Add to broccoli-rice mixture. Season to taste. Place all ingredients in a greased casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
