Cut and cook squash until tender; drain and mash. Add salt, pepper, butter, bouillon cube, and onion. Add well beaten egg and sour cream. Pour into a 1-quart casserole dish. Combine bread crumbs, grated cheese, and paprika, and sprinkle on top of squash. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
