1 1/2 pounds smoked ham ground smoked ham
1/2 pound ground pork fresh
3/4 cup bread crumbs dry
2 eggs
1/3 cup ketchup
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1 cup tomato juice or milk

3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons mustard prepared
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons water

1 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons cream style horseradish
Dash salt
Dash paprika
Heat oven to 350° F. Combine ingredients until well-blended. Form mixture into 1 long loaf and place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake for 1 hour. Prepare the following glaze.
Mustard Glaze:
*Combine and blend ingredients well. During the last 1/2 hour of baking, spread ham loaf with glaze and baste often with pan drippings.
Horseradish Sauce:
*Combine ingredients. Chill. Serve horseradish sauce with ham loaf.
