1/2 cup olive oil
1 onion large, chopped
1 green bell pepper large, chopped
1 clove garlic minced
1 pound ground beef
2 10 1/2-ounce cans tomato soup
1/2 pound mushrooms fresh, sliced
1 16-ounce can cream style corn
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons salt
Freshly ground pepper to taste
12 ounces spaghetti broken up and cooked until almost tender
Cayenne pepper to taste
1 cup mozzarella cheese grated
Heat oven to 375° F. In a large skillet combine oil, onion, green pepper, garlic, and ground beef. Sauté until vegetables are tender and beef is nearly brown. Add all remaining ingredients except cheese and stir until spaghetti is well-blended. Place mixture into a lightly-greased 2-quart casserole and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
