1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup white rice long-grain white, uncooked
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
1 teaspoon italian seasoning dried crushed
1 tablespoon onions chopped
1 10 1/2-ounce can tomato soup
1/2 cup water
Heat oven to 375° F. Combine beef, rice, salt, pepper, Italian herb seasoning, and onion. Shape into meatballs and place in a 2-quart casserole. Mix soup and water; pour over meatballs. Cover tightly; bake for 45 minutes or until done.
