Place steak with 2 tablespoons steak sauce in zipper bag; toss, then marinate 10–15 minutes. Mix remaining 2 tablespoons steak sauce, barbecue sauce, mustard, and sugar; set aside. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Thread steak onto 8 long soaked wooden skewers. Grill 6 minutes or until cooked through, turning after 3 minutes; brush each time with sauce mixture.
Fun Fact: Try slicing thinly cut meat or chicken into long (4 inches or more) strips, then after marinating and seasoning, twist and thread onto 6- to 8-inch skewers. Broil or grill for an appetizing all-meat skewer.
