In glass bowl, combine brown sugar, thyme, garlic, allspice, salt, vinegar, and Tabasco; mix well. Add drummettes; toss to coat. Marinate covered in refrigerator 1 hour.
Line 2 (10x15x1-inch) baking pans with foil; spray with nonstick cooking spray. Place drummettes on foil, discarding any remaining marinade. Bake at 425° for 45 minutes till chicken is no longer pink.
Sassy Sauce:
Mix all ingredients well. Serve with drummettes.
Editor's Extra: Can be made day before, covered, and refrigerated. Reheat at 350° about 20 minutes.
