Trim fat from ham. Mix pineapple juice with equal amount of brown sugar. Add mustard to taste. Coat ham and bake at 250° for 6 hours, uncovered, basting frequently. Score ham and place a clove in each diamond. Cover ham with pineapple slices. Place cherries inside holes of pineapple slices. Bake 30–40 minutes more. Beautiful.
