Season brisket to taste. Pour mushroom soup into heavy pan with lid. Put brisket on rack on top of soup, then spoon onion soup over meat. Cover and bake one hour at 350°, then 3 hours at 200°. Leave covered whole time. Serve with sesame or onion hamburger buns.
