Toss drummettes in zipper bag with taco seasoning, oil, vinegar, and 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce. Grill chicken over medium heat 5 minutes covered. Uncover and grill 10–15 minutes longer till juices run clear, turning occasionally. Combine ranch dressing and remaining hot pepper sauce. Serve chicken with sauce.
