In a large bowl, layer ingredients except mayonnaise in the order given. Spoon mayonnaise over top and seal to edges. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve layered or toss before serving.
Tip: Enjoy all the scrumptious flavor of bacon with none of the mess! Lay bacon slices on a jelly-roll pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, until it's as crisp as you like. Drain well on paper towels.
