Slice loaf horizontally into 2 large pieces. Combine margarine, mustard, onion, and poppy seeds. Spread on bread and top with cheese. Place slices in a foil “boat” and sprinkle bacon on top. Bake 15 minutes in 375° oven; cut in serving pieces.
Even Easier: This can be made even faster and easier by using bottled bacon bits. There are real bacon bits and artificial bacon bits—read the labels. Approximately 2 tablespoons equal 2 slices of bacon.
