Mix the above ingredients with an electric mixer. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9x5-inch bread pans. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. (Or you may make 4 small loaves, and bake them for 30–35 minutes.) Drizzle with icing while bread is still warm.
