Place rolls in greased 9x13-inch baking pan. Blend margarine and brown sugar in bowl. Spoon over rolls. Sprinkle pudding mix over rolls. Sprinkle with pecans. Place cold in oven before going to bed. The next morning bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Invert onto waxed paper.
Editor's Extra: I like to bake these in a Bundt pan, up to 24 rolls. Let them sit in the pan about 10 minutes before inverting, so that good syrup has time to firm up and stick to the rolls. Everybody loves these.
