1. In a large skillet on high heat, stir fry walnuts in oil for 3 minutes. Remove walnuts and set aside.
2. Add green peppers and carrots to skillet stir fry until crisp tender. Remove vegetables and set aside.
3. Add WORTHINGTON FRICHIK to skillet. Stir fry for 3 minutes. Add seasoning sauce, walnuts, green peppers, carrots and green onions to FRICHIK. Toss together until thoroughly coated.
4. Serve over warm rice.
