Boil ribs for 40 minutes before baking in Dutch oven. This will reduce fat.
Mix remaining ingredients to make barbecue sauce. Place ribs in oven and bake at 375°, 10 - 14 coals under, 18 - 22 on lid for 40 minutes if raw, or 10 if boiled. Brush well with sauce and continue cooking for 15 - 20 minutes, brushing with sauce every few minutes.
