Place chops in 12-inch Dutch oven. Add 1 cup water, brown sugar, onion, garlic powder, and seasoned salt. Simmer for 1 hour and 30 minutes in 350° oven. Add flour to remaining 1/2 cup water and mix with sour cream and ketchup. Pour over chops and return to heat. Heat thoroughly without boiling. Chops will be very tender. Use 10 briquettes on bottom and 15 on top, or 12 in Volcano with damper closed halfway (briquettes will last 2 hours).
