Warm and oil a 12-inch Dutch oven. Put reserved pineapple juice, vinegar, flour, and seasoning in oven and simmer until bubbling. Put ribs in oven; cover and cook at 350° for 50 minutes. Remove lid and stir ribs to baste with juices. Add ketchup and molasses and cook until ribs are tender, another 10 - 20 minutes. Add pineapple chunks, green pepper, and onion. Return to heat for 10 minutes to heat through.
