Put potatoes, onion, green beans, and pimento in slow cooker. Dredge meat with flour and arrange over vegetables. Combine ketchup, Worcestershire, pepper flakes, bouillon, salt, marjoram, pepper, and water. Pour over all ingredients. Cover and cook on low 8–10 hours.
