In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper, and powdered sugar. Coat pork cubes with mixture. Heat oil in wok. Add pork and stir-fry for about 10 minutes or until evenly browned. Reduce heat and add water. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until pork is tender. Push pork up side of wok. Add butter; when melted, add onion and bamboo shoots; stir in pork. Push mixture up on the side of the wok and add frozen peas, lemon juice, and soy sauce; cook for 2 minutes. Mix all together. Serve with rice or noodles.
