2 quarts ketchup
2 cups cider vinegar
1/2 cup dry mustard
1/2 cup Tabasco
1 1/2 tablespoons black pepper
1/2 cup chili powder
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups tomato juice
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons salt
30 pounds ribs or beef rump roast

Combine all ingredients of sauce. Brown meat in oven at 450° for 20 minutes. Pour in the sauce. Bake covered at 300° for 4 - 5 hours or until meat begins to fall apart.
