1. In large skillet, combine ground beef and onion cook over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain.
2. Stir in beans, taco sauce, chili powder, salt and pepper mix well. Reduce heat to low simmer 5 minutes.
3. Spoon about 1/4 cup beef mixture onto center of each tortilla. Top each with lettuce, cheese and tomato. Fold bottom 1/3 of each tortilla over filling fold sides in toward center, leaving top open. Serve with salsa.
