1. GRILLED DIRECTIONS: In 12x8-inch (2-quart) baking dish or resealable food storage plastic bag, combine all marinade ingredients mix well. Add steaks turn to coat. Cover dish or seal bag. Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight to marinate, turning once.
2. Heat grill. When ready to grill, drain steaks, reserving marinade. Remove and discard bay leaf. Place steaks on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 10 to 15 minutes or until of desired doneness, turning once and brushing frequently with reserved marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
TIP:*To broil steaks, place on broiler pan broil 4 to 6 inches from heat using times above as a guide, turning once and brushing with marinade as directed.
