1. Cook spaghetti to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain cover to keep warm.
2. Meanwhile, spray large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium heat until hot. Add ground beef, onions, mushrooms, bell pepper and garlic cook 8 to 10 minutes or until beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain well.
3. Stir in tomato paste and tomato sauce mix well. Gradually stir in water. Stir in parsley, Italian seasoning, basil, sugar, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Serve sauce over spaghetti sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
