1. To prepare marinade, in small bowl, combine all ingredients except steak blend well. Set aside.
2. Score top of steak diagonally in a crisscross pattern about 1/8 inch deep. Place steak in resealable food storage plastic bag. Pour marinade over steak seal bag. Turn bag to coat steak. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight, turning bag occasionally.
3. Place steak on broiler pan. Discard marinade. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until steak is of desired doneness, turning once.
