1. In small bowl, combine all ingredients mix well. Pour mixture over 1 to 2 lb. of steak. Cover refrigerate at least 2 hours to marinate.
2. Grill or broil as desired, spooning or brushing marinade over steaks halfway through cooking. Discard any remaining marinade.
