1. Cut liver into serving-sized pieces. In shallow bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper mix well. Coat liver with flour mixture.
2. In large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon drain on paper towel, reserving drippings in skillet.
3. Add liver and onions to skillet cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until thoroughly cooked. Serve topped with crisp bacon.
