Wash fish, and pat dry. Coat with flour; set aside. Combine remaining flour with lemon juice and beer, stirring until smooth. Heat oil in large skillet over medium- high heat. Meanwhile, dip fish in batter. Fry fish until golden brown on both sides. Serve with hush-puppies, coleslaw, and sweet tea.
