Skewer 4 shrimp on 5 skewers, or 5 shrimp on 4 skewers, or if they are really big, 3 may be enough. Mix remaining ingredients in shallow bowl. Rub each shrimp with mixture. Grill 2 minutes on each side on hot grill.
