Wash fillets, and pat dry. Place red snapper in glass baking dish, with thickest parts to outside. Cover with plastic wrap, venting one corner. Microwave on HIGH 3 minutes. Drain. Spread 2 tablespoons chili sauce over each fillet, and place tomato and squash slices over sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover again with more plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH 3–4 minutes, or until fish flake easily when tested with a fork.
