Cook pasta according to directions; drain. Preheat oven to 400°. Combine pesto and Alfredo sauce. Add along with tuna to cooked pasta; stir to combine. Transfer to a lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake about 20 minutes, until cheese melts.
