Place crackers, side by side, in a 13" x 9" baking dish lined with aluminum foil, until bottom of dish is covered. In a small saucepan, bring sugar and butter to a boil stir for 3 minutes while boiling. Pour mixture over the crackers and spread with a spatula until all crackers are covered. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until edges of crackers are golden brown. Immediately remove from oven, spread chocolate chips over all until melted. Freeze for 2 hours. Break into pieces.
