2 cups vanilla wafers, crushed
1/4 cup margarine melted
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
3 eggs
2 squares unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
1 cup whipped cream
8 ounces miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup peppermint candies crushed
Mix vanilla wafers with melted margarine and press into an 8x8-inch pan. Cream butter and powdered sugar till fluffy. Add eggs and continue to beat; slowly add chocolate. Spread mixture on top of vanilla wafers; chill. Whip cream till stiff and combine with marshmallows. Spread over chocolate layer. Sprinkle crushed peppermint candy on top. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
