Several hours before serving, mix honey and orange dressing: combine honey and orange juice until blended gently fold in dairy sour cream chill. To make salad, line large serving platter or individual serving plates with washed crisp lettuce leaves. Fill center of plate with cottage cheese. Wash and dry fruit arrange around outer edge of cottage cheese. Serve with honey and orange dressing.
