Chop or grind cranberries and whole orange to medium degree of coarseness, catching all juice to pour back into cranberries. Add sugar to fruit set aside. Dissolve lemon (or orange) gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cranberry and orange mixture, nuts and celery. Pour into 6-quart salad mold. Chill until set. Serve with dab of mayonnaise.
