Drain juice from canned grapefruit into large bowl. Sprinkle unflavored gelatin onto juice and allow to soften. Drain juice from mandarin oranges add enough water to measure 2 1/2 cups bring to boil in medium saucepan. Pour over gelatin mixture add sugar and stir to dissolve. Add frozen orange juice concentrate stir and break up with fork until melted. Chill 15 to 30 minutes until mixture is consistency of unbeaten egg white. Fold in drained grapefruit and orange sections. Pour into 6-cup salad mold. Chill until firm. Serve on crisp salad greens with mayonnaise.
