1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple
1 envelope gelatin unflavored
3/4 cup water boiling
1/2 (6-ounce) can orange juice concentrate thawed
6 ice cubes
1 banana
1/2 cup cream heavy

Drain 1/4 cup juice from pineapple into small bowl. Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over juice allow to soften, then add to boiling water stir to dissolve. Add thawed orange juice concentrate and ice cubes. Stir until gelatin begins to thicken remove any remaining ice cubes. Stir in drained pineapple and bananas. Whip cream fold into gelatin mixture. Pour into serving bowl or 8 individual bowls cover and chill.
