In a medium wooden bowl toss together prepared raw vegetables listed, or use any combination of the following to make 3 cups: shredded green cabbage, shredded red cabbage, diced celery, thinly sliced carrots, sliced radishes, sliced green onions, raw cauliflower flowerets, sliced zucchini, shredded lettuce, tomato wedges, diced green pepper, broccoli flowerets, diced avocado, tender asparagus tips, sliced cucumbers, fresh garden peas, raw spinach leaves, or chopped tomatoes. Chill until ready to serve. Just before serving toss with enough commercial Catalina dressing (or use Catalina Dressing recipe in this cookbook) to coat all vegetables. The salad will need no further seasoning.
