1 pound seedless white grapes
1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 cup pecans chopped
2 cups salad greens

Wash and stem grapes dry with paper toweling. Blend together cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then blend in enough orange juice to make mixture the consistency of heavy cream. Gently combine grapes, cream cheese mixture, and pecans. Chill until cheese mixture forms a white coating on grapes. Serve on crisp salad greens.
